• Are your bands made of "real" silver?

Yes, all our bands are made from sterling silver, the industry standard for fine silver jewelry. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with a mix of harder metals like copper to give greater wear and durability.

99.9% pure silver is too soft for crafting jewelry.

 

Orders

• Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, but only prior to despatch. If the item has already been shipped, you cannot make changes to or cancel the order. 

• Where is my order?

We aim to ship orders within 4 to 6 weeks, but there may be a slightly longer delivery period during busy periods such as Christmas.

We offer various shipping methods  Fed X, DHL and UPS You'll be provided with a tracking number  so you can track the whereabouts of your order and its estimated time of arrival.
